The evergreens have the same image on both sides to correctly represent how they look all year round, while the deciduous have what the tree would look like in the warmer months on one side, and the colder months on the other when they lose their leaves. Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase when it's been 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
